This year’s HTX Family Day, which was held on 27 June 2025, was a truly special occasion as it was the first time a minister had graced the event.
In fact, the minister – Mr Edwin Tong SC, Minister for Law and Second Minister for Home Affairs – even wowed the crowd by belting out a few songs alongside HTX Chief Executive Chan Tsan.
This year’s event unfolded at The Oval at HTX’s headquarters at 1 Stars Avenue, drawing an impressive 2,200 attendees – a notable increase from last year’s 1,800.

The experiential zone – which featured activity booths led by the likes of HTX’s Q Team, xCloud and Forensics Centres of Expertise – offered young attendees hands-on experiences that lent insight into how HTX contributes to the nation’s safety and security. (Photo: HTX/Dorcas Yang)
