In its latest effort to supercharge its artificial intelligence (AI) movement to empower the Home Team, HTX has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Accenture that would enable the agency to fast-track its development of data and AI solutions for public safety.

The MoU will see both sides work together to form a global, multi-disciplinary network comprising government agencies, research organisations, academia, and startups in Singapore and the United Kingdom. The network will be crucial to exploring, prototyping, and scaling impactful data and AI innovation in the public safety domain.

According to the MoU, Accenture's teams and networks from its global data and AI practice provide support to HTX in terms of model testing, as well as secure handling and analysis of data for rapid prototyping of solutions.

HTX and Accenture will also exchange learnings in public safety innovation through collaborations such as industry whitepapers, as well as amplify visibility and collaboration opportunities at global platforms and events like the upcoming HTX-Milipol TechX Summit in 2026.

The MoU was signed at the Accenture Fenchurch office during HTX Chief Executive Chan Tsan’s recent trip to the UK, where he and a delegation of Xponents met with various industry leaders to explore collaboration opportunities.

The collaboration between HTX and Accenture focuses on four transformative pillars:

Thought Leadership

Through collaborative research and analysis, both parties will co-develop a landmark publication offering strategic guidance on public safety data and AI adoption with actionable pathways. The publication will serve as a vital reference point, combining deep industry expertise with real-world implementation strategies.

Global Leadership Exchange

Facilitating high-level dialogues among government officials, industry, and public safety leaders to forge pathways for innovation and address complex challenges in an evolving technological landscape.

International Knowledge Network

Building robust international partnerships through immersive exchange programmes, connecting diverse stakeholders across the public safety ecosystem to share expertise, explore cutting-edge solutions, and foster global best practices.

Accelerated Innovation

Spearheading a fast-paced, collaborative innovation programme that unites diverse expertise to ideate, develop, and scale data and AI solutions for public safety challenges. The programme emphasises rapid prototyping and real-world implementation through collaborative partnerships and leveraging technology accelerators such as the Accenture-NVIDIA AI Refinery platform.
