Singapore, 10 July 2025 – In a continued effort to strengthen Singapore’s homeland security, HTX (Home Team Science and Technology Agency) and NCS today announced a five-year Master Agreement at NCS’ annual Impact forum.
Under the partnership, NCS will collaborate with HTX to implement next-generation technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), data, robotics, and quantum-safe solutions across the Home Team’s agencies. The collaboration aims to improve public safety, enhance operational productivity of officers, and strengthen the long-term resilience of Singapore’s homeland capabilities.

Under the Master Agreement, HTX and NCS will architect the foundational data core to enable seamless embedding of AI capabilities into systems, adopt quantum-safe technologies, and scale robotics solutions. The collaboration will equip systems with next-generation tech capabilities to enhance Home Team operational effectiveness.
