Check out what these recipients had to say about their awards:
Benjamin Lee
Public Administration Medal (Bronze)

Benjamin Lee's decade-long career with the Home Team has seen him drive sensemaking and surveillance research and technology capability development for the Home Team Departments (HTDs).
In his current role in the Plans & Strategy division, he is deeply involved in the agency's long-term planning, strategic priorities, organisational performance tracking and special projects aimed at developing new organisational capabilities.
One such project? The recent establishment of Codex Solutions, a joint venture with ST Engineering which has been integral to the build-up of HTX’s software development capabilities.
“I am honoured, humbled and grateful for the award. It reflects the trust, collaboration and support of so many of my colleagues. I’m driven by the opportunity to make Singapore the safest place in the world, for current and future generations to come,” he quipped.
Kevin Goh
Public Administration Medal (Bronze)

Kevin Goh has supported HTX and other Whole of Government (WOG) agencies through pivotal times, most notably the establishment of HTX in 2019 and during the Covid-19 pandemic. He also played a key role in planning and coordinating the sharing of systems and information between agencies.
In his current role at the Corrections & Narcotics Programme Management Centre (CNPMC), he is responsible for the development and maintenance of information and communications technology (ICT) solutions for various HTDs.
“I’m humbled and thankful for this award, which was made possible through the support of my bosses, team members and my family, who have given me the time and space to do my small part for Singapore,” he shared.
Marlina Binte Salleh
Long Service Medal

For Marlina, receiving the Long Service Medal is an affirmation of all the hard work done during her 25-year career with the Home Team which started with the Singapore Police Force (SPF).
As a Lead Engineer of Forensics Systems in the Policing Programme Management Centre (PPMC), she develops and maintains key systems that support the Home Team’s policing and border security operations.
For example, her work played a crucial role in the integration of International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) and local customs systems during the Covid-19 pandemic, allowing officers from the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to swiftly identify persons of interest.
“I find great satisfaction in knowing that the systems we develop and maintain play an essential role in supporting our law enforcement agencies. This sense of purpose motivates me to continue serving and helping to protect our nation,” she said.
