HTX has been named in the Singapore’s Best Employers list once again, making it the fourth consecutive time the agency has made the list compiled by The Straits Times and global research company Statista.

The ranking for Singapore’s Best Employers, which consists of 250 companies, is determined by independent employee surveys.

So, is HTX a great place to work at? These Xponents share what they love about working for the science and technology arm of the Home Team.

Andre Dumont, Forensic Scientist

When I speak to my colleagues, I'm always impressed by the depth of their technical expertise, and this is something I've observed across all functions – we have experts for everything! Even more impressive is that Xponents have such colourful interests outside of work that they're always excited to share more about. I'm constantly learning about something new, whether it's about a new quantum sensing technique, or the latest board game.

The Ismail brothers (yes, they’re twins)

If you’re looking for a mundane job, look elsewhere! I like that the work here is grounded in real purpose, where we tinker with the latest innovative tech and turn it into meaningful real-world impact.

Iffri Husairi Ismail

Here at HTX, it’s really easy to collaborate across teams and work together to achieve wins for public safety, all while enjoying a culture that values family, balance and connection.

Seah Qiyan, Robotics Engineer

I think HTX embodies the agency value of exuberance really well. We play really hard at our team events like Family Day and D&D, and we also work really hard at events like MTX (Milipol TechX Summit) 2026 while still having fun. It’s this energy and camaraderie that keeps me motivated even when times get tough!
