- Milipol TechX Summit (MTX) 2026 will bring together some 260 global exhibitors of public safety innovations at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre from 28 to 30 April 2026.
- HTX will present its innovations across five dedicated zones – Central, Cyber, Developer, Robotics and Sciences – showcasing advancements in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, robotics and forensic science.
- Each zone will host key exhibits that demonstrate how science and technology is transforming Home Team operations and Singapore’s public safety.
Come 28 April 2026, Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre will be transformed into a melting pot of cutting-edge public safety tech as some 260 exhibitors from the global public safety community gather for the three-day Milipol TechX Summit (MTX) 2026.
HTX will showcase its cutting-edge technologies and exploratory research across five key zones: the Central Zone, which will feature innovations that enhance Home Team operations, as well as four thematic zones – Cyber, Developer, Robotics and Sciences – which highlight HTX’s efforts in shaping next-generation science and technology capabilities.
Here are some must-see exhibits.
1. Humanoid Robot Telepresence System

The Home Team Humanoid Robotics Centre (H2RC) is set to launch later this year to bolster HTX’s efforts to advance research into humanoids and embodied AI, as well as their applications in dull, dirty and dangerous tasks that Home Team officers currently have to undertake.
Come witness how HTX’s robotics engineers are leveraging such systems to develop remote extensions of human officers through telepresence and humanoid whole-body control, allowing frontliners to maintain situational awareness and perform critical tasks while staying out of harm’s way.
2. See, Seek, Sense
Integrated forensic solutions for post-blast investigations in the HTX Sciences Zone

The forensic reconstruction dome is going to be hard to miss. Step inside to learn how it enables immersive site visualisation by recreating post-blast environments and acting as a command centre away from the scene.
Post-blast investigations can be further enhanced by Flyer 2.0, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that can autonomously retrieve visual, thermal and chemical sensors on vertical surfaces, providing early situational awareness remotely and keeping frontline officers safe while capturing crucial evidence.
Also on display will be DogSense, an AI-assisted electroencephalogram (EEG) headset that measures K9 brain activity and alerts handlers when their furry partner picks up a scent of interest at a post-blast site – no cues needed from the dog itself!
3. Q-MAVIS
Multimodal video analysis and sensemaking tool in the HTX Developer Zone

Imagine an investigation officer trawling through hours of video footage to identify a specific scene or person of interest before manually analysing extracted clips to find more clues.
Well, this arduous task could soon be a thing of the past thanks to Q-MAVIS, multimodal video analysis tool that can surface any object or person with a simple query (i.e. “find the victim in the fight scene”) and provide automatic captions, transcripts, timestamps, and summaries.
Developed in-house by HTX, Q-MAVIS also enables continuous analysis of live video feeds and can automatically flag events, identify targets or answer queries.
4. DarkAnalytix
Data breach monitoring and analysis tool in the HTX Cyber Zone

DarkAnalytix first debuted at Black Hat USA 2025 as “DumpSieve”, and has been evolving ever since. This advanced in-house cybersecurity solution addresses gaps in the detection of external threats from third-party vendors and supply chain partners.
How? By actively monitoring ransomware blogs and cybercrime forums, both of which often host sensitive data leaks, and employing AI to analyse leaked files, thus automatically identifying content relevant to the Home Team.
The result? Accelerated triage, reduced manual effort, and mitigated operational risks.
5. Tech from around the world
Beyond the HTX zones, visitors can also expect to see exciting exhibits from HTX’s partners.
From immersive, decision-driven experiences like NCS’ “CubeAI”, to high-performance, open-weight AI models like in Mistral AI’s “Supercharging Public Safety with Sovereign Generative AI” showcase, the spread of exhibits will offer a glimpse into how technology is transforming the way different agencies are pushing the boundaries of public safety innovation.
