A fond farewell, an outstanding legacy and heaps to celebrate. At the eXpresso! session held on 16 October, Xponents marked the end of an era by honouring a familiar fixture of the spirited townhall meetings – HR Director Lim Puay Sze.
After five years at HTX, Puay Sze has assumed the role of Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at the Public Service Division (PSD), while concurrently serving her role at HTX. Koh Chee Keat, an engineer by training who later made the transition to HR leadership, will take over as HTX HR director on 1 November.
Xponents heartily expressed their appreciation for Puay Sze, and got to know their incoming HR Director during the ‘Pit Stop’-themed eXpresso! held in the wake of the Formula 1 (F1) Singapore Grand Prix.
And as HTX headed down the home straight at its final eXpresso! of the year, there was much else to applaud – from the launch of the Home Team Humanoid Robotics Centre (H2RC) to the Integrated Forensics Service’s (IFS) deployment to support Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) efforts in flood-hit Nepal.
Here’s what you might have missed.
