The Enterprise AI Product (xAIP) team specialises in areas of AI - inclusive of generative AI (GenAI) - leveraging the latest developments in computer vision, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Language Models (VLMs) to design and deliver products that support Home Team officers in investigative operations.

Aided by cutting-edge technologies, we build various software products to empower the Home Team Departments (HTDs) across the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), such as AI capabilities for command centres, and holistic video intelligence platforms to empower all types of public safety operations.

Collaborating closely with officers across multiple HTDs, our product managers and designers dive deep into understanding operational challenges and requirements. Through close collaboration with these frontline officers and programme management counterparts, we transform valuable user insights into intuitive, purpose-built solutions that address real-world operational needs for our public safety.
