The Intel Programme Management Centre (IPMC) works with the Intelligence fraternity within the Home Team Departments to identify technological solutions for the rapidly evolving threats facing Singapore. We develop and support various intelligence programmes for the Home Team. We also deliver effective and secure technological solutions to the Home Team Departments to strengthen their capabilities in collecting, processing, analysing and disseminating intelligence.

Areas of Expertise

Our expertise spans the challenges of enhancing and safeguarding the Home Team’s data, systems, and capabilities:

a. Intelligence Analytics System and Anti-Scam Branch
- Intelligence Analytics System
We partner with Home Team Departments to plan, implement and manage the analytical technologies programmes for effective intelligence operations.
- Anti-Scam
Through effective assessment, planning, and management, we lead the integrated HTX team to prime innovative technologies leveraging on AIML, together with other Government agencies and private entities to combat scams.

b. Intelligence Operational System and Systems Management Branch
- Intelligence Operational System
With in-depth understanding of operational requirements, we implement intelligence operational systems for the Home Team Departments.
- Systems Management
We ensure technological systems are well maintained and are able to run smoothly and securely at all times, especially during emergencies.

c. Intelligence Technology Branch
- Collection Technology
We scout and implement cutting edge proof-of-concepts technological solutions to enhance the Home Team Departments’ operations.
- Intelligence Development 
We carry out in-house development to provide fast turnaround solutions for customised sensitive use cases.
