At HTX, we believe in going all out in everything we do – especially when there’s a costume party involved.
That’s why almost 1,400 Xponents turned a ballroom at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre into a multiverse comprising heroes and villains from all kinds of pop culture franchises on 27 November 2025.
The night saw no lack of cheers and laughter as Xponents bonded over food, performances, games and fringe activities commemorating HTX’s 6th anniversary and yet another eventful year of force multiplying the Home Team with science and technology.

From the opening of new research and development (R&D) facilities to supporting the Home Team’s sustainment needs, HTX has had a very busy but fruitful year.
HTX Chief Executive Chan Tsan – looking every bit the Sorcerer Supreme in his Doctor Strange alter-ego for the night – took to the stage to thank Xponents for their efforts and congratulate them on their successes.
“Tonight is really about celebrating HTX and all of our achievements in 2025. You guys are the true heroes behind our mission to keep Singapore safe and secure,” he quipped.

“I love coming to these yearly celebrations as I get to let loose and have fun with my colleagues,” said Alan Yu, Head, Industry Framework, Partnerships, who’s been a regular at the dinner and dance for the past three years.
“Each year, I see more and more colleagues going all out with the party theme. It’s really a reflection of the vibrant culture here at HTX.”

“Seeing everyone laugh and enjoy the night reminded the organisers of why we put our hearts into planning this event,” shared Eugenia Teh, an engineer from the Protective Security & Safety CoE who was part of the event’s organising committee.
“There's no reward greater than watching our colleagues have fun and create memories together!”
