The revamped NS Portal for Home Team NSmen was launched on July 1, 2024.
Engineers from HTX’s Training and Learning Systems Office (TLSO) served as project and technical project managers for the new portal, which offers Home Team NSmen enhanced e-service features and a more intuitive interface.
The TLSO team worked alongside its counterparts from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) Headquarters (MHQ), Singapore Police Force (SPF), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) and GovTech to create a platform specially tailored to the needs of NSmen.
